Randy Orton claims he was making his WWE in-ring debut when AJ Styles was wrestling in front of 10 people.
“AJ was in Florida getting a tan with Dixie Carter when I was here main-eventing WrestleMania,” Orton declares.
AJ Styles tells Orton that he’s right and claims he’s proud to have come from the indies.
“Guys like you would not have made it in my world,” Styles says. “Not with things like a knockoff Diamond Cutter.”
Orton wonders aloud if Styles has ever stolen anything before making the “Too Sweet” sign.
Styles says Orton is surrounded by AJ’s “indy pals” and they didn’t go to their father to get him a job.
The Viper claims he’s the landlord of the house, and rent is due, and Styles should make the check out to the most destructive letters in sports-entertainment… R-K-O.
Styles challenges Orton to a match on The Grandest Stage of Them All.
